Excellent, friendly service from the front of house team - above and beyond in every regard.

Harvester Sarn

Having been to this Harvester many times we knew what to expect and weren&#39;t disappointed! Great place to eat, well situated if you want to shop at McArthur Glen too. The food and service were excellent. I&#39;m really hoping they bring back the self service regarding the salad though.

The food was fineMy sons order was specific and unfortunately was incorrect The waitress who served us didn&rsquo;t check if our food was ok and took an hour to get our pudding we ordered at the beginning she proceeded to clear other tables around us and not take our dinner plates for that hour either in an attempt to avoid us. In the end her colleague stepped in to clear our table and sort our deserts. Complained to the manager for the shoddy service received and she was understanding and gave a discount as an apology. The salad bar was lacking in items as well, there was no top up during our 2 hour visit.

Long time waiting to be attended to for seating. A queue built up behind us. Seated and staff were attentive to standard. The temperature of the restaurant felt cool and this showed when the perfectly adequate Barbrecue meal arrived but was not hot and quickly became tepid. That disappointed me. As we left there was no acknowledgement or goodbye. Overall was just OK.

the restaurant was very clean, the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite,  even though i made a mistake on the booking and some of our party were running late they accommodated us   10 out of 10
